Job Summary
· Experience in sheet metal/angle/ structural fabrication
· Experience in welding process
· Expertise in Quality & inspection
· Experience in Electrical & painting methods will be added advantage
· Hands on experience in handling all measuring Vernier, torque tester dial gauge etc.
· Identifying Bill of material against manufacturing drawings.
· Follow up with Suppliers / Contractors for deliveries.
· Maintaining quality standards with Suppliers / Contractors.
· Daily follow up with suppliers / contractor according to manufacturing plan and report
· Supervision, erection and Commissioning of project
· Taking care of Dispatches / Shipments.
· Preparation of Shipping Documents / Packing slips and organizing transport etc.
· Coordination with design to get the timely release of manufacturing/Critical/BOM- drawings
· Identifying and qualifying the suitable supplier and sub-contractors.
· Maintaining quality standards with Suppliers / Contractors.
· Stage wise inspection reports during fabrication
